When a Famous Kuwaiti Bank took the decision to become a dedicated Islamic finance institution Al-Markaz, whose practice specialties include Islamic banking, was retained by the bank to audit the whole range of its’ customer related transactional documents to ensure compliance with Sharia’a and Islamic legal principles.
