Practice Focus:

Mrs. Hessa is an Associate in the Firm’s Transaction Department . She joined Al Markaz in November 2007 . She emphasizes her practice in Civil, Corporate and Commercial Legal Consultancy, handling matters that involve the application of Civil Law, Corporate Law, Islamic Finance , Capital Markets Law and International Trade Law. She has a significant experience in providing solutions to issues of the overlapping of jurisdictions of the central bank’s authorities in contrast with the new Capital Markets Authority , Shariah consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements and appointment of Shariah board members agreements. Prior joining Al Markaz , she was working in a reputable law firm in Kuwait.
