Dr. Al-Harbish is a Senior Partner in the Litigation Department at Al Markaz. He has contributed significantly to the development of the firm's practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation and the construction dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Al Markaz, Mr. Al Harbish was a judge for several years in various courts in Kuwait.
In 1995, Mr. Al-Harbish graduated from Kuwait University, where he then continued his studies, securing a Master's degree in law with distinction in 2004, and in 2010 he received his Doctorate in Civil law in 2010 from Cairo University.
