Mr. Faisal has joined Al Markaz in June 2012. He is an Attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Faisal holds more than 8 years of PQE in legal practice. He emphasizes his professional practice in General Litigation and Commercial Litigation which mainly includes the application of International Trading Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, Civil Law , Criminal Law, Real Estate, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Taxation and Labor Law. Mr. Faisal has developed an extensive experience in compensations cases alternative dispute resolution and cases before the Constitutional Courts.
